Anyone have access to a South Dakota Parcel Dataset?
I’m trying to find a parcel dataset for South Dakota, particularly the Black Hills.
Anyone know of or have access to one? I found a bunch of not free services that provide that data but the costs are pretty high.

I just got a note back from the state EMS Director about county parcel data. Here is his reply. Let me know if you want further investigation on my end.
”Regarding your question on parcel data, you’re correct “it depends.” If the county contracts with one of the planning districts (1st District or District III) then I bet they would have an idea on parcel data. Otherwise it is typically up to the county and as you know that can vary. I don’t necessarily have parcel data but could do some checking. Please let me know if anything comes up this week.”

I didnt see this sooner. I was specifically looking for data in pennington county. I found a work around but would still welcome data if it exists.
