Hello All,

I am looking for language related to collecting and protecting sensitive tribal GIS info related to culture, public health, etc. I am in the process of developing policies and procedures on sensitive data collection, but am having trouble finding existing language.that might provide a guideline or starting point. When I began meeting with tribal culture committees, I had to sign a non-disclosure agreement with regard to the information that I had access to/knowledge of, but it seems that there should be more robust language concerning sensitive data. I've been looking all over the web, but to no avail.

If anyone is able to share or recommend sources, I will be very grateful. Thank you.
