Hi Gano,
For TerraSync and GPS Pathfinder Office (PFO), you might try the following:
Make sure the shape file and your project in TerraSync & GPS PFO are in the same coordinate system (most likely WGS 1984).
In GPS PFO application go to the Utilities tab, select Import, then browse to your shape file. From there you can open the data file to view in GPS PFO.
If all is good, then you will now be ready to transfer to your Trimble device. Go to the Utilities Tab, select Data Transfer, click on the Send tab, click the Add button (drop down menu) and select Data File, browse to the converted data file (.ssf) you prepared and click Transfer All.
