I am trying to run the Enrich gp tool in ArcgisPro and am getting an error code:401 that says "Client tried to access password-protected page without proper authorization." I suspect this function is not allowed under our tribal gis accounts? Can someone confirm this to be the case? I also do not see it as an option on the AGOL portal.
