TOPIC:

when I go to export a map I am greeted by a window saying "Not enough memory to create bitmap". I have plenty of storage space left on my computer, and I don't think it's using that much of my available 8MB of ram to do this task. I even went into the computer and upped my virtual memory to see if that would help; it didn't. Any ideas?

Are you trying to export the bmp from ArcMap or another program?
